The project's endpoint is theory: a stakeholder theory with society inside it, built from what the seven cases and the survey actually find.

The evidence so far
Two outputs already push at the theory: A new digital divide takes stakeholder thinking into AI and democratic life, and Systems analysis and peacebuilding maps the systems tools an expanded theory needs. The Indonesia case is the empirical anchor.
